Fitness…it’s more than physical.
I began my current fitness journey in May of 2018 while at the beck and call of a 3 year old and a 3 month old. I felt trapped as a stay-at-home mom and was losing my sense of self. Luckily I turned to physical activity and mindful nutrition in attempts to bring a little piece of myself back to life.
