Hi, I’m Rachelle. I write, rant, resent, raise, and workout. I love wine and need coffee. I’m a wife, a mom, and always tired.

Sometimes motherhood consumes me into overconsuming Doritos or pushes me to the brink of insanity. So other times I make sure to sweat and have fish and veggies for dinner, for the sake of my body and my mind.

I have a love-hate relationship with my kids, so if that’s weird for you or you don’t have a sense of humor, maybe read another blog. You are not my people.

If you are my people, I want you to know that you’re not alone. You can hate so much about parenthood AND love your kids. You can be insecure about your body AND care for it. You can raise a family or hit the gym AND not cherish every minute.  You can have a bad day (or week…or month!) AND be grateful your life.

You don’t have to be all-in all the time. There’s more than one way to feel at any given time.
